Natural Sunscreen 100g

This sunscreen is a great alternative to many harmful store-bought brands which contain toxic ingredients that soak into your skin.

Ingredients: Organic Coconut Oil (Natural SPF 4-6), Organic Shea Butter (Natural SPF 4-6), Non-Nano Zinc Oxide (Natural SPF 2-20), Beeswax, Red Raspberry Seed Oil (Natural SPF 25-30), Vitamin E Oil.

The approximate SPF is 30, based on the zinc oxide to carrier oil ratio (coconut oil, shea butter & red raspberry seed oil), but the SPF has not been tested in a lab.

Coconut oil, shea butter and red raspberry seed oil, all which have a natural SPF of their own, make this sunscreen naturally moisturising and ideal to use on your face and body, and is suitable for ALL ages.

Non-Nano Zinc Oxide is a mineral sun filter that reflects or scatters the sun rays to prevent them from reaching the skin. Non-Nano means the particle size of the mineral zinc is large enough so it can not be absorbed into the skin or bloodstream. It is the best ingredient in sunscreen as it provides strong sun protection with few health concerns; it's stable in sunlight, and offers good protection against UVA and UVB rays.

The beeswax is a natural water repellent and forms a layer on the skin, making this sunscreen somewhat, but not completely waterproof and will need to be reapplied after swimming.

*This sunscreen changes consistency in really warm temperatures, so I recommend keeping it in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
